Networking In Cologne!

The sun is shining and I am in Cologne, Germany.
It is a beautiful city. They have an enormous big Cathedral the Dome. I was here a year ago in March. It was cold and dark.
I visited an event for an American company.
Maybe I was too busy then to appreciate the city like I do now. I am here with a great friend of mine and writing articles.
We were supposed to go here a few months ago but then it was a bad timing so here we are. It is nice to spend time away from home every now and then. I have the opportunity to work with things I love. There is a company named Xango Inc. based in Utah, USA. I am an Independent Representative to them. What I do is marketing a net work of juice drinkers from all over the world. I introduce people through my web page, personal contacts and via my articles. That keeps my income streamlining and I am in contact with my distributors via e- mail. When I return home in Stockholm, Sweden I talk to my distributors and help them to set up goals for their business. We see each other every second to third week. As a way to keep in contact, work as a team and help each other.
The team out in the world I keep contact with over the net.
I also have up lines in US to keep track over them there.
I strongly advise you when you finally have people in other countries then your own it is to find good people to give more responsibility. The best way is to look for leaders.
How do you do that? Well you have to interview them before signing them up. How much time are they willing to work with you? It is better to know more exactly how much. Like if they say 2h per day ask for a specific time. Is it two days a week? Which days and what times? Teach them to focus.
You will find out by asking the time issue if they are leaders. The leaders understand the importance to focus and set a time table to work out from. Ask for their goals with the business that indicates as well the leaders. They have a strong urge and drive. They know where they want to be in a short and a long term from now. You maybe think it is more luck to find good leaders. Well the thing is the more you work yourself and the more you search for them the more they will be.
Never ever relay on luck in business! There is no such thing.
It is your effort that counts. It is also a time over matters.
Keep in mind too that if you fail to plan you plan to fail.
The more contact you keep with your leaders the more they will be busy with their organizations. You teach, tell them to do the same thing as you do. Keep looking for leaders. Every day for the rest of your net working life. That if you want to make good money with your net work company off course.
The nice thing I like with this business is the freedom to work from where ever you want to be. You also have the opportunity to choose the people you like to work with.
That is vital. Please take the time to get to know them very well. This is a business of relationship. It is nice to get to know whom you have around and it works both ways.
Most of all have fun, learn new things every day. Keep your mind busy, workout your body to keep you fit.
You set the standards for the organization. The more prepared you are the more they will do as well. This is a copy business.
