Getting People To Join Your Mlm Business - The Secret

Several will focus on the wrong idea, believing there is only one thing that will generate money for them. What they fail to realize is if the only person they are concerned about are themselves, who would want to join them? I can assure you, very few people, if any. Most prospects want to know two things: the first is WIFM (what’s in it for me)? Secondly, can you help me reach my goals?
When speaking with a prospect, you may reason, “I tell them about the possibilities the business offers, and I explain to them how to succeed, so what is the problem?” Well, do you really want to help them? Or does your attitude reflect that you are only interested in making money for yourself, using them in the process? To make matters worst, if you are skeptical about your product, company, or your ability to help them, the prospect will detect your uncertainty. Just like a dog can smell fear, a prospect can smell bull. Some people are pure salesmen and can convince anyone of anything. However, if you are like me, you have to be genuine to find prospects who will join, remain, and prosper under your leadership.
So, how can you adjust your thinking? Well, instead of wanting to use others to make money, why not begin to help others make money in your adventure? Once I uncovered this secret, and put it into practice, I began to see a change. I gave more of myself, which really impressed the prospect who couldn’t believe I was helping them with no reward! Some joined me simply because they trusted me and knew I would do all I could to help them make money. In return I made money. It is a win win situation. Now it takes a lot of work to help people and not expect anything in return, but what are you trying to do is build a loyal, powerful organization, not simply make a quick buck.
