Further, have you ever wondered why we choose at different times in our lives to box with a powerful and awesome Spirit that one could ever encounter in life’s journey? What are you expecting to win? Without a genuine spiritual and true connection to God, one is destined to live in a word of perpetual fog and a void that is so vast in struggle until the manifestation of “stored pain” overwhelms your life. So, you have elected to box with God, go ahead, with your gloves on—”swing!”
Just as man cannot breathe under water, he cannot live without the breath of life that is God alone to give—you have been given a magnificent and sacred opportunity. Throughout history, humankind has pondered his/her existence. Many has called God in the ring
Somehow, we have to come to grips with the fact that life is full of experiences, both good and bad. Each has its place, but God does not cause our pain and suffering. One of the greatest experiences humankind could have is a true relationship with God, it is a life-long walk of teaching, correcting, and most importantly, accepting God unconditionally in faith that He will deliver us from human despair. Now, struggle exists when we deny our very existence and true purpose—with this knowledge, one can begin to understand that all struggle is created by the decision to call God’s existence and our real purpose in life into question—the two are irreparably connected.
We have a natural tendency to rely on man’s system and way of thinking to construct a false perspective on life that has a definitive outcome…death of the soul. Choosing to box with the very Spirit that has the right of passage for life and death in my opinion is fertile…really, what is the point? Guided by discontent, we seek to “win” in this human existence without the presence of or embracing God in our lives. We all have a choice, we all have to decide, we all have “one chance” to get it right, —the consequences of which could lead to eternal bliss, or losing our very soul in the fog of battling against a righteous and merciful God of Host.
The window of opportunity to choose life is the power of one; one life, one calling, one chance, one hope, one God, and yes, honest prayer that you are counted among the chosen to live on after this human existence comes to an end. You see, we cannot control God or His decisions or non-decisions, and while God is love…at times we seem to forget that He has our best interest at heart because He search our heart and knows our true intent. Bobbing and weaving will account for nothing, for God knows your every move—again, what’s the point?
Since the carnal mind is enmity against God, as well as God prefers to listen and not speak directly to us with answers and revelations, we sometime allow blame for our circumstances to be directed at God even though it was our individual or collective decisions that created stored pain by default—it’s our karma to go the wrong way. God speaks to us through His Word, and our hearts—are you listening? Close down the mind from over-thinking, and simply listen…could He be speaking to you at this very moment?
It is by subtle affirmations of chasing what is believed to be vainglory, (doing extremes of look at what “I” have accomplished) that humans inflict hardship and pain upon society, ourselves, and yes, distort a spiritual relationship with God. If what you have accomplished is not for the benefit of others, it will account for nothing, especially if you seek something in return—it is as if your accomplishments never happened. The fact remains that without a true connection to God all success and accomplishments in this human existence is fleeting at best, and always remain arms length away from the real prize—you see, God wants us to “win.”
Choosing to box with God is futile and an ill attempt at conceited glory brought on by your ego—equally, refusing to seek inclusion of God in our lives leads us further into fog, confusion, and frustration while blaming God for our own misguided decisions, and the devastation we inflict upon ourselves.
God does not want to condemn humankind, He does not want to condemn you, and He does not create hardship, misfortune, or desolation in our lives, it is caused by our own decisions to seek a path that is opposite from our divine purpose—opposite from His purpose. Honestly, we cannot know or fully understand what God has planned for those that truthfully seek Him right now…it is accepted based on faith. He simply asks you to knock, and the door will be open to you—will you walk through this spiritual door? Acceptance is “not” needing to know what’s on the other side of the door, but trusting in the ultimate outcome, trusting in Him.
One fact remains true and has stood the test of time, God corrects those he loves and a mass correction is taking place right now, —and these corrections establish a true and spiritual relationship with Him. Those believing and trusting in Him through all the “stored pain” in this existence receives redemption, embrace benevolence in their heart, and serves humanity in ways that are sure to leave an impression of “love”—which is the true nature and spirit of God. He is always comforting each of us as we take on life’s journey and the many challenges encountered that ultimately leads back to Him in pristine clarity of purpose.
Finally, you should listen and act accordingly as if your very life depends on it—because it does…without a full understanding of where it leads. Therefore, put away your gloves, unwrap your hands, stop swinging, and with your arms stretched towards the heavens, embrace a loving, merciful, and kind God with the assurance that the breath of life given to you will in fact, attain the true glory that God has preserved for you and all of humankind. Believe in the unseen, trust the unexpected, walk in faith and not by sight…giving little weight to your present circumstances or future. Never ever, give up on God—because after all, He will never give up on you!
